Baked Ribs #homemade




Pork ribs are cut of a domestic pig ribcage. This dish is quiet popular in Western and Asian cuisines. Many people love to prepare the ribs smoked, grilled or baked with some barbecue sauce. In this recipe I'm going to teach you my special secret to baked ribs without any need of barbecue sauce.

INGREDIENTS
* 2 pounds of country style ribs (freshly washed and dried)
* 1 tbsp of oregano 
* salt and pepper (to taste) 
* 1 tbsp of cumin
* 1 tbsp of paprika 
* 1/2 cup of olive oil
* 1 tbsp of garlic paste

FOR THE VINAIGRETTE 

* 1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice
*1 tbsp of oregano 
* 1/3 cup of water
*1/2 tbsp of olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS 
* Preheat oven at 450 degrees Farenheit 
* In a 4.8 quart baking dish pan add the 2 pounds of country style ribs
* Drizzle the olive oil onto the the ribs making sure the ribs are fully coated with the olive oil
* Add the oregano, salt and pepper, cumin and garlic paste. Again making sure the ribs are fully covered. 
* Then bake for 30-35 minutes. Till ribs are golden brown. 
* In the mean time in a bowl start making the vinaigrette. For the vinaigrette you'll need to add the fresh lemon juice, oregano, water and olive oil.
* Take the ribs out the stove after golden drown and drizzle the vinaigrette and continue to bake at a 350 degree Fahrenheit for 20 more minutes.
