Dulce De Batata Dominican Style 🇩🇴 #homemade

Dulce de Batata is a Argentine, Paraguayan, Uruguayan and Brazilian dessert, made of sweet potatoes. Alot of you  readers maybe wondering if sweet potatoes can actually make a dessert. Well the answer is yes. Dulce de Batata is a sweet jelly, which resembles a marmalade because of its hard texture. But in this case I'm making dulce de Batata Dominican style with a few twist. I actually learned this recipe a few weeks back from my father. What I totally love about this receipe is the fact that you can eat this dessert rather cold or hot and still enjoy it's fantastic flavors.
