Mediterranean Chickpea Soup





Minestra di ceci is a common soup in the Abruzzo region of Italy, and has been described as a winter soup. 

Ingredients:

* 2 Cans of 15.5 OZ Garbanzos Chick peas or 1 Pound of chick peas soaked overnight.
* 1 Cup Feeshly Cutt Carrots
* 1 Large cut white onions
* 1 Cup Of Cut celery 
* 2 Diced Garlic or TBSP of Garlic Minced 
* 1 TBSP Black Pepper 
* 1 TBSP of kosher Salt
* 1 TBSP Oregano 
* 1 TBSP Italian Season
* 4 TBS of Olive Oil or Avacado oil
* 2 Cups Of Spinach 
* Half Cup of Heavy Cream ( not mandatory)
* 1 can of tomato sauce 
* Vegetable Broth
* One Bay leave
* A pinch of red chilly flakes ( not mandatory)
* 1 Lemon 🍋 ( optional)
